Cards Print Team Building – Together in a “Wild Adventure”
As a company that creates loyalty, security, and gaming cards every day, we know just how important connection and trust are – even within the team itself. That’s why, on May 31st, we traded desks for the outdoors, emails for laughter, and business talk for casual conversation.
Our “Wild Adventure” at Devojački Bunar brought together around a hundred colleagues from all departments. This time, we weren’t divided by roles – we were split into teams named after wild animals, mixing departments to encourage bonding and deeper connections.
A warm breakfast greeted us on arrival – simple, tasty, just enough to kick off the day right.
Then came the forest hike, followed by team challenges. Balance, coordination, quick thinking, strategy, speed... and lots of laughter.
After lunch – it was time to announce the winners, who received symbolic prizes.
The rest of us went home with the kind of trophies you can’t see but matter the most. We didn’t measure them in points – but we know we all left with positive energy and stronger bonds between us.
Only one question remains: where are we going next year?
